Reversing the 10 Plagues

The School of image’s approach to Biblical stories helps us to  experience them through imagery so that they serve as blueprints for  inner transformation, personal development, and individual exploration  of a sacred path.

When illness strikes, should we curse God?  Should we fight for our health? What does it take for us to sustain  whole and healthy bodies in a healthy world?

In this immersive  three-day workshop, led by Catherine Shainberg and hosted by the School  of Images UK’s Irene Viglia Atton, we will start the return to wholeness by  reversing the Ten Plagues to leap into the Ten Perfect Creations. We  will return to the holiness of the Garden and to a  state of Oneness to  restore ourselves to health and wholeness.

The metaphoric number for wholeness in the Hebrew Bible is Ten.

The  Old Testament opens dramatically with Ten Sounds so powerful they break  through non-existence to create space-time and all that occupies it:  light; the firmament; the sea and land; the sun, moon & stars; the  swarms of living creatures in the ocean; and Adam, the first human, who  is charged with making fruitful the gifts we were endowed with.

With  Adam’s fall, we lost our wholeness. Returning to wholeness requires  understanding where we deviated and why. Jacob demanded of God that he  give us illness so that we would feel the urge to put our house in  order.

To return to wholeness requires that we reverse the Ten  Plagues, the purpose of this workshop.  To do this, we journey through  the Ten Spheres of Action (Sephirot).  Wholeness requires a soul journey  through a desert while illuminating God’s Image in our bodies depends  on us to act.

This will take us Ten Gates of Transformation  before we can return our “semblance”—to One, to God’s Image. The promise  is that if we return to the Source, to One, to the godlike image in the  tabernacle of our bodies, we will be quickly restored to health and  wholeness. Join us to begin that journey,

During the workshop  we will actively engage in many short and dynamic imaginal exercises  based on the SAPHIRE® Imagery method as taught by the School of Images.®
